A founding member of Perspective Architecture + Design in 1990, Matt Masilionis is a well-rounded and dynamic architect with over 33 years of professional experience. He has the unique expertise to understand and develop clients visions quickly with the ability to evaluate complicated issues, while creating and motivating overall project teams, which effectively navigate the design and construction process to successful completion. Many clients seek out Matt’s skills to run their project as he has personally managed and developed several historic renovation projects, which was driven by his desire to be a holistic contemporary architect who not only can design beautiful spaces, but can understand the value and “return” on good design, which has allowed the firm to “talk the walk.” Matt's responsibilities as the managing partner in the firm include oversight of business management as well as development of projects and clients for the firm’s Architecture and Interior departments. A passionate and skillful leader, Matt challenges himself to continually make a positive impact to the built environment and to others whom he works with.
